No Import Thumbnails in Admin Menu Import

Description

When you´ve uploaded images by FTP, Plogger won´t show any Thumbnail Previews in the Import Screen. Caption grabbing and copying of the pics in the Upload Dir works fine and everywhere else Thumbnails are displayed. This happens on a Win XP enviorement. I have not tested it on Linux yet. I am using ploggerb2.1

I experienced this last night while running locally in a MAMP environment. I fixed it by changing my gallery URL from "http://localhost/" to "http://localhost:8888". It was most likely a problem with incorrect gallery URL.
