Resize originals

In a similar vein to ticket #82, I would like to add the option to resize original images. This way, people like me can keep the local originals on a personal computer large, but use Plogger to resize the uploaded 'originals' smaller (to take up less space on the webserver) instead of resizing prior to uploading.

The option would default to no original image resizing, but could be toggled in the Admin Options tab similar to the 'large' thumbnails (without a watermark).

This option would also (I think) resolve the request to "delete originals" from some of the board users. It would take up less space on the webhost while keeping a clean, unwatermarked original to generate smaller thumbnails.
