editing problem with the "&" sign

When in the [admin section] under [manage], there is a problem when re-editing collection, album and picture names and description. If you try and edit any of these and the text you are editing contains the sign "&", then all text after the "&"-sign will not be shown in the edit-window in the top of the screen. If you then re-type the text after the "&" and save it, it will show it correctly, but if you then re-edit it again you run into the same problem. See example below

1) I add a collection called [Jacob] and give the description text [Jacob & his friends] 2) I decide that the collection name should be [Jacobs friends] instead of [Jacob], so I click on the "edit" icon. 3) The edit window appears in the top of the screen. Under "name" I see [Jacob], but under "description" I see [Jacob &] instead of [Jacob & his friends] 4) If I retype "his friends" and save it will appear again, but if I just save the "his friends" is lost
