Admin sort order pulldowns

Description

We should implement a pulldown sort order for the Admin -> Manage section (much like the pulldowns of the gallery itself). This will allow users to sort their images how they want when managing their galleries.

Code is almost there anyway since I reformatted the sorting in admin to match the front-end gallery.
