Comment notification email issues

Comment notification email: The comment included a word with an apostrophe, and the email message is showing up with a backslash before it (Wow - that\'s). The comment on the image in the gallery is fine (no backslash).

Improperly formatted URL: The URL in the email to approve the comment isn't being formatted properly, so it's not clickable:

The URL in the email is being generated correctly in rev 549, but not in the latest revision.

Followup: The improperly formatted URL issue is only occurring when cruft-free URLs are turned off. Once I enabled them, the URL is being shown correctly in the notification email.

I've verified that both issues are fixed now. The URL is formatted properly in the notification email whether cruft-free URLs are on or off, and the apostrophes are being properly escaped in the email text.
