Description

Would be a nice touch if plogger would notify the gallery owner about each new comment that was posted.

This would need 2 new options: * e-mail address of the owner * a checkbox for setting whether new comments should be mailed or not

First part is done now, there is admin_email field in the config table and the address can be set through the options interface.

Perhaps there are other uses for that e-mail address as well? For example, we could ask for an e-mail address on install and then send a kind of welcome message to that address, containing some instructions for using Plogger and perhaps the admin username and password as well? Wordpress does this :)
