autofocus Username field in the login form

Description

Login form should set the focus to the username field, this makes it possible to login with keyboard only. Can probably be done with 1 line of javascript

Additional areas where autofocus would be beneficial:

When you click radio button for new album, focus moves to new album name input. Autofocus on Album/Collection name when loading plog-manage.php. Autofocus on first input field when editing anything. etc.
